How We Began
Born from personal experience
Angels Care NSW was founded in 2009 by Sandra Moretti, after she spent two years navigating the aged care system to find quality support for her own mother. Frustrated by impersonal services and high staff turnover, Sandra set out to build something different.
Her vision was simple: a care service where every client is known by name, where caregivers stay long-term, and where families are treated as partners — not bystanders.
Today, Angels Care NSW serves over 2,400 families across New South Wales. Our team of 180+ qualified caregivers brings that same founding spirit to every home visit, every day.

With over 20 years in aged care, Sandra founded Angels Care NSW after caring for her own mother. Her vision: every older Australian deserves to age with dignity at home.
David Nguyen
Head of Care Coordination
David brings 12 years of clinical nursing experience to every care plan. He personally oversees client assessments and ensures each plan is truly personalised.
